Christine Wilson serves as the Advisor to UCLA’s Student Fee Advisory Committee (SFAC), supporting the committee’s work to ensure student service fee revenue is allocated thoughtfully and in ways that enhance the student experience. She first joined SFAC as a UCLA graduate student to better understand how student needs are identified, prioritized, and funded, and later continued her involvement as an administrative member before stepping into her current role when the long-time advisor retired. Dr. Wilson holds a Ph.D. in Slavic Linguistics from UCLA and began her campus leadership as Chair of the Student Voice Association (SVA).
Dr. Wilson is committed to student-centered governance and values collaborating with students, faculty, and staff to support student success. A fun fact about Christine is that she is an avid reader and often finishes two to four books each week.
